Our typical street food menus consist of choices of delicious home-cooked meaty meals and wraps filled
with BBQ pulled pork and pulled chicken, colourful salad boxes, vegetarian and vegan options including vegetable tagine and sweet potato falafel as well as fries and loaded fries.
Brighton Marathon Weekend
This exciting three-day event takes place every April and attracts more than 18,000 participants and around 150,000 spectators that line the 26.2 mile route to show their support.
We cater in the Events Village at the finish line as well as manage the busy bars in the main tent and from our silver Air Stream.
Ragnar Relay - White Cliffs
Teams compete in groups of up to 10 members in this gruelling 170 mile course that snakes through picturesque towns, rolling fields, and the most beautiful collection of white cliffs you've ever seen.
Come rain or shine, we cater a much-needed and most-welcomed hot and nutritious meal at the finish line for the competitors as well as for the spectators.
Sussex County Cricket Club
From 2015 to 2018, SPACE + THYME was the preferred outdoor caterer at the SCCC in Hove, elevating the food offering with a wider choice of street food to thousands of cricket fans who's appetite for good food was as big as their appetite for a good match!
Food included gourmet burgers, bratwurst sausages, slow-smoked ribs, wraps and salad boxes, stir-fried noodles, paella with warm sugared donuts to finish.
As well as at their T20 matches, we also provided outdoor catering for their music concerts where artists including Olly Murs, Lionel Ritchie and Little Mix performed.
