Meet the people who make the magic happen!

We are a collaboration of brilliant chefs, experienced hospitality and events professionals
and a dedicated team of support staff.  

Penny O'Reilly

Director

Penny started her career in hospitality in France in 1998 working in a ski chalet and went on to become Area Manager for Neilson Active Holidays in France and Scandinavia, responsible for up to 200 staff across 20 resorts. Since returning to the UK, amongst other things, she has managed the Fiddler's Elbow and the huge North Laine Brewhouse in Brighton.

Chris St John

Director

Chris has been working in hospitality and events since 2002. His experience covers managing ski resorts and corporate ski events for global clients, to running some of Brighton's most successful food and drink establishments; including the Black Lion, which has been under his stewardship since 2008. 

Robert Ellwood

Sales + Marketing Manager

Robert has worked in the events and hospitality industry since 1999 in roles ranging from Events Manager to Business Development Manager primarily in the tourism sector while living in London.  As Sales + Marketing Manager, Robert is focused on providing all the necessary information and support you might need and can guide you through our range of products and services, to ensure we find the perfect solutions to meet your requirements.
