The Western launches new menu
Our chefs have been working hard behind the scenes to create a new menu for one of our venues in central Brighton, The Western.
Overlooking Churchill Square and featuring industrial interiors, Eastern European Pop Art and colourful neon signs, this pub now has an improved food offering to complement the craft beers and ales they are well known for serving.
New additions to the menu include:
Tap House Sausages and Mash – a trio of pork sausages made using a different craft ale each week on a bed of creamy mash and served with a rich onion gravy
Halloumi and Red Pepper Burger – pan-seared halloumi in a spiced cornflour blend with roasted red pepper, crispy lettuce, tomato sauce and sliced pickles (v)
Avocado Wrap – flour tortilla wrap filled with avocado, roasted red pepper, sun-dried tomato and salsa (vg)
Chicken Caesar Salad – a hearty salad piled with grilled chicken pieces, crispy bacon and parmesan shavings and topped with a decorative crouton twirl
Homemade Waffles and Ice Cream – fluffy golden waffles topped with a scoop of your favourite ice cream and drizzled with a delicious toffee sauce
