We have the pleasure of working side by side this forward-thinking brewer each year at The Brighton Marathon as we join forces to manage the bars at this prestigious event. Two Tribes create some seriously cool small batch spirits and brew and distribute some brilliantly experimental beers infusing exotic and unusual flavours using ingredients like coconut, flour tortilla and mango trimmings. What better way is there to fill up on Marathon day than with some tasty food from SPACE + THYME washed down with a thirst-quencher from Two Tribes.

Every May, the colourful city of Brighton bursts at the seams with creativity and culture as it hosts its annual Fringe festival. This month-long event sees the city filled to the brim with theatre, music, dance, art, cabaret and comedy! SPACE + THYME flex their bartending muscles at the Spiegelpub at the Spiegeltent in the Stein Gardens, one of the most popular and busiest hubs during the festival.
