Floating in the heart of Brighton Marina, the venue offers a cool and relaxing alternative to the hustle and bustle of the city and is ideal for wedding celebrations, birthday parties and and other special occasions as well as business events and meetings.
The versatile open-plan clubhouse is light and spacious offering direct access to the large west-facing deck - perfect for alfresco drinks and dining or sundowners at the end of the day.

Admiral Jack Voss Room
For smaller business meetings or team away days, the Admiral's room provides a private setting away from any distractions.
The room has a large mahogany table with seating for up to 10 people and a wall-mounted plasma screen.
Day delegate rates can include morning refreshments and pastries, lunch, tea breaks and drinks afterwards.
The room is also perfect for private dining for up to 10 people.
